Members of the GCPS School Community,

At 11pm, Governor Whitmer announced statewide school closure for Monday, March 16 through Sunday, April 6.  Considering the concern for the welfare of all, Garden City Public Schools will start the closure tomorrow, Friday, March 13.  To be clear, the district closure will take effect Friday, March 13.  Updates will be provided to parents and all staff as we move forward, but as of now, the district is closed for instruction and extracurricular activities pending further notice.

Thank you, Mr. Fisher
